38 bedspaces, undertaken in 4 phases within a conservation area close to Bristol University

A sensitive and sympathetic design was needed for this enclosed site which would not have a detrimental effect on the surrounding properties. Unsympathetic extensions were replaced with a more modern-looking curved form, incorporating a timber roof. Coloured weatherboards were used to the upper segments of the elevations and a significant degree of glazing was incorporated.
