Refurbishment of Grade II Listed Building, forming part of an historic landmark terrace overlooking Bristol’s Floating Harbour. The house was in a poor state of repair and required significant works to maintain the fabric, whilst at the same time providing historically sympathetic alterations to improve the standard of the living space.
