Coldharbour Road, Redland, Bristol – Assured Brickwork

A development of 2 apartments on the site of a disused former workshop. The new building was designed to resemble the workshop which had previously occupied the site, with gables to the side facades and a pitched slate covered roof, offset with zinc effect dormers, creating a simple yet modern design.

The internal layout has been arranged to maximise floor area on this constricted site, and to provide the maximum possible amount of natural daylight to the bedrooms and living areas.
