Conversion, refurbishment and extension of former Cadogan Hotel in the Cardiff Bay area of the city to create restaurant space on the ground floor and 23 apartments on the upper floors. The existing building was fully restored and refurbished to accommodate 8 apartments, with the remaining apartments developed in a new build element with a dynamic canted façade. Some apartments have views of Cardiff Bay and the Millennium Centre. All apartments are luxuriously appointed.
