A small development of 7 bespoke luxury homes in an ‘edge-of-settlement’ location, previously a greenfield site. Three 5-bed, two 4-bed and two 3-bed properties were erected using traditional materials in a typical Cotswold idiom. A number of similar schemes were undertaken for the developer in rural settings.
