Bath Road, Longwell Green – Greensky Developments

Retail units on disused petrol filling station site. Planning permission had originally been granted for development on the site, but was an uneconomic design and had not been built out, and the site had been sold on. The new owner, Greensky Developments, engaged NOMA to improve the design to make the finished building more attractive to a potential retail occupier. Planning approval was granted and the building was completed and fully occupied later the same year.
