46 bedrooms for specialist dementia care, including lounge, dining and communal facilities alongside five new Extra Care apartments.

The Hollies Care Centre proposed to create a new specialist dementia care facility in addition to their existing facilities offering Nursing Care and Extra Care apartments, to meet a growing demand for dementia care services in the local area.

NOMA developed the project at technical design stage and worked with the contractor to deliver the new facilities at construction.
